Each office is independently owned and operated, just like their counterparts in Australia, where First National Real Estate is amongst the largest real estate organisations of them all.

Essentially, we are a co-operative - a business and social network of successful, like-minded people who are good at what we do. While most property sales are local, our members benefit from a comprehensive referral network, not only throughout New Zealand and Australia, but also in Singapore, the United States and Canada.

Unlike real estate companies based on the franchise model, First National’s co-operative structure minimises financial demands on offices, allowing them the space to return greater value and support to clients.

And while a very large proportion of our clients are from the UK and Europe, we believe our affiliation with move2nz.com will further assist migrants considering New Zealand as their future home to learn more of the country, gain a clearer understanding of property and real estate processes and opportunities and above all, through our organisation, meet people who know that before anything else can occur, a trusting and open relationship must be developed.

Everyone gives guarantees, but what do they really mean?
Best Practice is a guarantee of service to a predetermined and written standard for every part of the real estate process. Ours is based around the ISO concept. We believe that only by establishing a standard for every action and reaction right across our organisation can we guarantee to meet and exceed your expectations whether it be a sale or purchase of home, farm or business property, or the leasing and management of an investment property.

What does accreditation to Best Practice mean for our customers?
First National Real Estate has worked hard to develop the best systems and documented procedures to make sure that every customer:

• Develop and document office management systems.
• Submit their office procedures manual to an independent, qualified quality systems auditor.
• Regularly review and update their quality system.
• Attend on-going training to keep up to date and identify opportunities for improvement.
