How to join Kiwibank Kiwibank has a dedicated team of migrant banking specialists who will talk you through the process involved in opening accounts with Kiwibank. The team can open the account(s) for you and assist in transferring money into your new Kiwibank account before you move to New Zealand. Once you arrive, all you’ll need to do is verify yourself by presenting your photo identification at any of our Kiwibank branches, located nationwide. You can email the team at kiwibank@move2nz.com for an account opening pack. Remember to include your key details: your name, phone number and address (and mention move2nz!).
